My parents are on 100mb internet and was told they were getting a boost to 150mb soon. Now on there account it's says they've got there boost but still only 100mb what sort of boost is that. Also I rang up for them because there wifi is slow and I was told by the vm customer service that there is a problem with there cables in there area so that's why it's slow. So how can they charge for 100mb all this time knowing that your not getting what they've paid for, surely that's not right.
It sounds as though your parents have been advised of a capacity fault for which a network upgrade would be required. If this is true then they would be entitled to a monthly credit.
