From checking the fault ticket, there are plans to grow and upgrade the network in March. Unfortunately we do not have any further details than this, I'm sorry.

Hi, Is there any update on the fault?
My peak time download speeds are now worse than the first ADSL connection I had back in 2003.
Hope all is well. I appreciate you posting back here for an update.
Looking at the high peak time traffic fault (F004841269) and our engineers are still working on this to improve bandwidth with a review date of 5th April.
Apologies for the delay and inconvenience caused.
April 5th has passed, is there any update on this ticket?
We also had a 3hr outage on 3rd April.

Sorry to hear about the fault in your area. I've checked on this and I can see the fault has been reviewed and is still on-going, therefore it's going to be reviewed again on the 26 APR 2017.
