I still got 'lost MDD time out'  for five days... Do you have any advice to solve the problem? Up to now, I only get two replies..

It takes the VM Forum Team about a week from your last post to officially reply.

The downstream SNR is too low on the higher frequency channels.and will probably be the cause of the lost MDDs. However, the log table is full and the last entry is repeating itself, a known issue, the logs need to be cleared to get any more meaningful info.

The upstream modulation is dropping down which could suggest the upstream is not as clean as it it should be.

The short of it, it looks like you have a noisy connection which is probably the cause of the packet loss on your TBB graph.

You will need to contact VM for resolution, either by waiting here about a week until a VM Forum Team Member picks up the thread, or give them a call on 150 from a VM line or 0345 454 1111 for a quicker response.

As a result, he replaces the new router called Hub3.0 to me in the morning, but it seems that the problem is not fixed.  Currently, my download speed is just 9.34Mbps and upload speed is 4.98mbps.. Is there any idea to fix this annoying problem?

There's still an issue with the SNR on downstreams 13&14 (channel ID 7&8), which is much lower than all the others. You will probably need another engineer if it doesn't improve.
