Router is losing connection often, looks like its failing to renew the IP in time for the lease expiring.

Downstream power levels are too low, will need an engineer visit. Phone in or wait here for a response, don't bump as it sends you to the back of the queue. The forum staff are taking about a week to respond.

I have tested things from here and I can see that all of your downstream power levels are too low and an engineer will need to attend in order to resolve this.
