Rediculouly slow broadband speed

My broad band download speed is 16mb. You talked me into paying for 100mb, you managed 75mb while i was on the phone and now I have signed up it is back down to 16mb. I cant even download prgrammes on my TV's.  I want this fixed or I'm cancelling my payments. Its clearly a con. 

Anyone else experienced similar?

Thanks for getting in touch to let us know about your issues with slow broadband speeds, I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I have run some tests from here and I can see that both of your upstream power levels are too high and will require an engineer to attend in order to resolve this for you.
