Not a problem. But I have always recieved higher speeds than I'm supposed to get. I'm on the 100mbit plan and have always got about 105mbit. Even when I was on 50mbit and then 70mbit I recieved a few mbit higher.
The reason I'm here is as of a couple days ago it has increased further. It's now been at 110mbit. Is there any reason why it could have increased? Maybe upgrades to the area or some kind of network testing.
I just find it strange how many people on this forum have slower than advertised speeds when I don't.
Any insight would be great. As I love the service and would love the speed to increase further haha.
VM provision for 10% above your advertised speed to account for overheads lowering it. In some cases it wasn't enough and some customers were getting 99Mbs instead of at least 100Mbs so they raised the provision a tiny bit to make sure in areas where there are no issues, customers should get the advertised speeds.
