me too for the past 90 minutes. I'm in Basingstoke, barely getting 10 MbpS - supposed to be 150!. Its been fine all day until then but there's no admittance from Virgin that there's a problem (but then- there never is)

Sorry to read that you are having issues with your broadband connection.
From checking your connection, there is a high peak time traffic fault in your area which is causing slow speeds. Our networks team are investigating the problem and are improving bandwidth and performance to help with this issue. The reference number is F004702131 and with a review date of 16th November.
When you get chance, completed speed tests through a wired connection at different times of the day and let us know the results so we can see if there is a difference.
