Hi, any update please, my bill has crept back up to £90 a month, this is now at a point almost 11 months of complaining I have to find an alternative supplier.....please respond150 meg line!!!!! Every night 6pm onwards150 meg line!!!!! Every night 6pm onwards

What was the last review date you were given?



You can leave penalty free because of the upcoming price increase if you use that as the reason for leaving. Any other reason will still trigger the early disconnection fee (if you are still in contract)

If you have a confirmed repair/fault then phone customer services on 150 for a deminished service refund, screw paying £90 a month.

Admin will be along in a few days time who will look into the fault code and give you a fictional repair date but are unable to refund you anything.

It's not a fictional repair date. It's a review date. If you take it as a repair date then you are deluded.

It's more the other way around, phone staff give the fictional fix dates as their scripts actually call them fix dates not review dates (it is the same date they give though)

My bad yes indeed they call it a review date on here, just dont phone India as they will promise it will be FIXED on that date when it clearly wont be as the done NOTHING to fix it, even though is the same campany telling you its a REPAIR date it isnt one..

Maybe Admin could have that as a signature? "Review dates are not a repair date as nothing gets fixed by them dates and we always push it forward by months, just dont phone India as they call them repair dates.. when they are not...what we actually mean is we will look at the network again and see if its magically fixed itself as we done nothing.. date"

Bit of a mouthfull... Fictional repair date is more fitting.

I've taken a look at the high peak time traffic fault in your area and our engineers are still working on this to improve bandwidth with a review date of 23rd November.

I'm sorry for the delay and inconvenience caused.
