I have had problems periodically, but at the moment I am 'lucky' to get 1mb/s download and 2mb/s upload. We reset the router almost every day. Any clues?
Should have said - I pay for 100mb/s!

My apologies that you are experiencing slow broadband speeds. I know how frustrating this can be.
Looking at your connection, there are no issues that I could see that would cause this. There are no faults reported and the network segment is running stable, which is good.
Do you have to re-boot the router to get the speeds back to normal or are they this low at all times?
Are you testing through a wired or wireless connection? If wireless can you try through wired please?
