Yep, your downstream power levels are too low and the downstream SNR is too low as well, probably why you are seeing the lost MDDs as technical infp is being lost from VM's servers to your hub.
It might be worth giving the coax cable from the hub to the cable entry point for obvious signs of damage and all connectors are hand tight. If you have an attenuator screwed into the back of the hub it would be worth removing it.
You will need to contact VM for resolution, either by waiting here about a week until a VM Forum Team Member picks up the thread, or give them a call on 150 from a VM line or 0345 454 1111 for a quicker response.

As griffin mentioned, the downstream power levels and Modem SNR (signal to noise ratio) are too low and also the upstream power levels are too high at + 55 dBmV.
