Portsmouth area (fareham) slow speeds

Good afternoon

I have read in a national newspaper (someone complaining about VM slow speeds) that there is currently (again!) a high utilisation fault in our area. (we are PO13 postal code)

Is there any way to check this? Can anyone confirm this?

Still paying a lot of money for this service that at prime time becomes almost unuseable with the kids ipads and other devices needs connectivity. We can get about 200mb  but at like 4 in the morning, during daytime normal hours it runs at perhaps 100-150mb and evenings, well its down to less than 10mb, often <5mb.

The last time we had this problem I had to wait for 7 months for a fix, and never got a single credit applied to account (always somehow fobbed off). I dont want to be in this position again, so any light on this matter would be very welcomed.
