Poor speeds

Hello there,

I'm hoping someone can shed a light on the speed issues I'm experiencing.

We recently upgraded our internet to the 150mb service so that the family could all use the internet without issue.

We haven't had this service long and already it's playing up 2 days in which I find a bit pathetic.

I've been on the phone a few times with a VM representative and done a speed test right there and then to get varying speeds of 10-30mb, max 40 at a push. I understand the network is busy at peak times but this is so far away from what we are paying for it's an absolute farce.

Please can someone provide some info.
