The broadband I pay for is150mps but at peak times are going down to 25mps, contacted Virgin at beginning of week as only getting 5mps and thought that this was sorted as speed went up to 130mps but since then it's dropped at these peak times what can I do ???????.
Sorry to hear about the slow speeds you're experiencing. I'd like to investigate this with you. Can I ask if you're testing your speeds on a wireless or a hard-wired connection? Are you seeing the speed reductions on multiple devices, or specifically one device?
