Poor service

Hi could sombody tell me how to complain.  I think I have just made a huge mistake signing up to vm. The service I have had so far has left me livid.

My setup: Vivid 200 Optical fibre with Superhub 2 in modem mode connected to a Netgear R7000 router. Telewest/VM user since 2001.
