Re: Poor peak time speeds makes the press

Hi

Just for clarification, there is no widespread outage or blackout.
The original article relates to an issue affecting some customers in Twickenham.

ok and the express (exact same wording) , again just linking these arn't the type of papers i would read!

Shame service has to get crap in London for it to finally get noticed, how about mentioning the rest of us. This is nationwide not just South West London.

Re: Poor peak time speeds makes the press

All of these news articles are missing the essential point. These over utilisation problems don't have fix dates, and they go on, all over the country, for years.

Its about time TBH, but the reports don't tell the whole story/problem in its entire entity, has large holes in the reports (like VM), like its been censored, not like the press to do that Smiley Tongue

Re: Poor peak time speeds makes the press

Does anyone know where the original statement for a fix in Jan 2017 came from?  I am being asked for the information from a journalist wishing to follow up the greater story.

But having dug around, it seems to have been a statement directly to the Daily Star!  Now i'm not calling shenanigans, but that hardly seems like a rock solid source of information.  I can provide the huge amount of evidence of systemic outages from user reports, but that "Down till 2017" is the key piece of evidence.

Thanks in advance for any information.
