Poor internet speed should be close to 200 getting 12

Hi I have been having issues with my Internet over the past few months.  I have made a note of my downstream, upstream and network logs pasting them below

Do you get poor speeds all the time because your stats look ok 

If your speeds are only bad between 4pm and 1am then you may be in an area where Virgin Media have over sold the broadband product they like to call it high utilisation.













Make sure all you guys that are suffering low speeds during peak times get a fault code and claim your compensation (Bill Credit) don't just continue paying full price.

Also if you are in contract but want to leave you are free to do so if you have a ongoing fault.

Food for thought.

Just look below at how long I have been waiting for Virgin Media to fix my low speeds during peak times in my area.

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting.

Sorry to read you are experiencing slow broadband speeds.

I've taken a look at your connection, and I was unable to see any issues on the network that would cause these slow speeds. The network segment is running stable and healthy, which is good.

Are you testing through a wired or wireless connection? If wireless can you try through wired please to see if the speeds differ?

If you can reply back to us on this thread please instead of creating a new one, that will help us keep the conversation together and be less confusing.

The speed seems to have recovered. It's been an intermittent issue that's reoccured on and off but hopefully that it is now solved
