We have had really bad internet for the past 4-5 months, during peak times (3pm to as late as 1am) the internet just becomes unbearable with 2-3mbps download and with latency as high as 600ms non-stop. We had a technician come in and check the internet once before (around the beginning of last month), this visit did not improve our internet in the slightest. Are there any known issues for the NR4 area? We are hoping you can resolve this issue soon as the service that we are receiving is not what we are paying for.

Sorry to hear about the slow speeds you're getting at the moment. I've taken a look and I'm sorry to report that we're currently working on a fault in your area. The fault ref is: F004042923 and it's due for review on the 12th April. While this fault is on-going you might notice that your speeds are reduced, especially during peak time hours.
