Poor internet connection

Hi

I've been having pretty poor connection speeds when using the internet on and off over the last few months and the overall service has been pretty poor.
I had the superhub2 replaced but the problwm remained. I then bought a seperate router but even this has no alleviated the problems.
I'm on a 70mb connection. A few months ago when i was on 50mb the service was perfect with virtually no issues. Ever since ive been on the 70mb the connection speeds have been very up and down....sometimes the internet has been unuseable.
My neighbour has had the same issues which points me to the fact that there must be a deeper underlying issue.
Anyone fromVM able to take a look at this........have not got the will to phone up again and go through the same endless check etc.
