Also area 20 - also our 100mb dropping to less than 3mb at the moment. I haven't checked during the day, but this is pathetic. No issues apparently, but it needs sorting soon or we will be switching. It's been seriously poor for at least the last week. I'd appreciate some feedback, as there doesn't seem to be any issue on the service status page.
I've located your account and I can see an issue with the network in your area affecting speeds at peak times - Ref.(F004747801). Our technicians are working to resolve this and have set a review date of 26th April.
