Haven't long signed up to virgin broadband,daytime speed am lucky if I get 5MB/S.Only a few times after 1AM has the speed been near to the 50MB/S I signed up for.Starting to regret going with virgin any help,thanks.
Sorry to hear about your connection problems, I know slow speeds can be really frustrating.
I've just taken a good look at your connection and the local area and I'm sorry to report that we do have a fault. This fault can be responsible for reducing the speeds during peak time hours (evening and weekends). The fault reference is: F002944277 and it's due for review on the 25th Jan.

Only thing you can do is post your rough locality to warn others, VM fail to let the customers know what speed they will be getting which they know exactly.. If it stops one person signing up its a result .
