Over the past 14 days or so very poor download speeds in DY5 area. 100 meg connection only getting 10 at times. Always after 1900 hrs getting fed up Netflix started to buffer.
Been going on for a while here. Seems to be DY*. No response from staff here, but "helpdesk" gave me F003864632 - their review date is April 2017 !
Yes I phone the tech help people and they changed my super hub 1 (not so super I seems) to super hub 3 and things have improved markedly. Plus got £10 per month refund to stay because I was leaving.
