Poor Speeds @ Peak Times with superfibre 50 Norwich NR3 area 22

Hi I getting really poor speeds of just above 1mbs in the evening and weekends, done all the usual things suggested is there any faults that are waiting for work to be done?

Here are the router downstream and upstream etc..

Thanks for getting in touch though sorry to hear about the peak time slow issues, checking your connection I can see that this is due heavy demand in the area sorry.

Networks are investigating on ref. F003838677 with the current review date on how upgrade work is progressing set for later in February.

Okay I get that but the speeds that we are currently receiving make even opening a webpage a painfully slow ordeal. I thought as we paid for above 20mbs that we were not subject to peak time slow down? I've also seen other customers have received money off there monthly amount?

ok, so your willing to put up with crap broadband if they knock money off you monthly package.

No but if its a something that can be sorted in the next month or so money off my bill is a good start. If nothing is resolved after Feb then I can look into switching providers.

im sure they be someone else in this forum who lives or is in area 22 they can tell you how long this fault as been going on or review date.good luck

I've just checked on the fault in your area and I can see it's currently due for review on the 5th April. I can see we have further plans to improve the fault so hopefully we will notice an improvement soon.
