For the past 10 months there has been a utilization issue in my area which i was told was causing my ping issues and fluctuating internet speeds. Recently i received a message on here saying that the fault in my area had been fixed but my connection is still the same.
I have had 4 techs out and had my router swapped about 4 times over the last 10 months and i am 100% certain the issue does not lie at my house/end.
My broadband package is vivid 200 but the speed constantly fluctuates and always get a different reading every time i do speed tests and i currently have a superhub 3.
I currently can't do a ping test as it says it is blocked via firewall even though it shouldn't be
I mainly use my connection for gaming so as you can imagine this has become an annoying experience for me.

Nothing wrong on your traceroute but your BQM is showing latency going haywire everytime the connection is in use. If its overutilisation, it should do that during peak hours but revert to a normal trace off peak. I suspect there may be something else amiss.
What are the power levels like from your router status screen?
Haywire is exactly how i would describe it mate the last engineer who came out i tried to show him my BQM graph but he just wasn't interested everytime i would phone them up they would just blame the utilization as the fault but i received a message on here from the forum team saying the fault had been fixed.
Like i say nothing i do at my end seems to make a difference i am on my 4th router in a year as the engineers would swap it when they come.
This has been going on since December last year so 11 months i have been suffering this fair enough they knock a few quid of your bill but id rather have my connection working.
this is what my graph was looking like yesterday, am i right in thinking it should be just a green line?
The annoying thing is i am still in the same situation now as i was 11 months ago and still no further to getting it fixed they was so certain it was the utilization that was the fault but its clear now its not that as there is no longer a fault in my area.
Phoned them up yesterday they said they couldn't understand why i had received a message on here saying the fault was fixed as it is still on going and will not be fixed until the 23rd of November at 10:30 am.
so i guess that explains why my graph was still looking weird so i guess i just have to wait till then and take it from there.
I've checked out the account and the network fault has been closed down as completed. I've also run a diagnostic on your equipment and all the levels are showing great at the moment. Are you still experiencing latency issues?
Look forward to hearing from you!
