I am new to Virgin and signed up on the promise of upto 50mbs with approx 40 odd at peak time.
Unfortunately I seem to be very lucky to get 4mbs which makes watching Netflix etc impossible.
Can anyone assist? I got more on Sky broadband!!

Really sorry to hear you're having trouble with your connection.
I've run diagnostic on your equipment everything is looking great at the moment. All your levels are as the should be and there are no issues with the network in your area.
Are you connected wired or wirelessly?
I'd like you to try rebooting the hub, then running a speed test in Modem Mode to see what kind of results you get.
