Paying for 50Mbps getting less than 1

Hi,

For the past few weeks my internet speed is horrible. I am getting less than 1Mbps5879327493 .

Just for comparison 4G network is able to provide 20Mbps. That's right I am getting less speed than my 4G phone.

Trying to call customer service, my calls get cut off after 10-15 minutes. My phone bill is more than 30 pounds right now. Chat doesn't work either. Noone answers on facebook as well.

Having the exact same problem here. Customer services are absolutely shocking. Whoever is letting these employees cut off calls should be sacked along with these call centre staff members!

I've had a look into this for you and can see that you're currently being affected by a high demand for our service within your area. You might find that your Virgin Broadband, Virgin TV or TiVo® interactive services are a bit slow at certain times of the day.

This has been raised under the fault ticket reference F004772299, with a review set for 17/01/2018.

Seriously?? there may be problems with broadband, TV or TiVo interactive services with NO REVIEW until 17th January 2018.

Having severe disruption to broadband is bad enough, but with TV as well??

Dimitardmt  I feel for you. Demand some loss of service credit. Its the very least they can do!
