Paying for 100mbps only reaching 30mbps at non peak

Hiya,

I've been having quite a few small issues with my connection recently and it's getting quite irritating.

In the past I've struggled with the wifi dropping out at random times for no apparent reason, and now it's the speed.

I've run a few internet speed tests at different times and I'm hitting 35mbps max at non peak times.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks,

Rob

What speeds do you get wired?

What wireless device are you testing on? Make/model

Pressed the wrong button then! D:

I've tested on both laptops used in the house, the main problem is on phones when streaming videos.
So a wired connection isn't helpful!
I've tried a couple of online solutions, I.e. changing the wifi channel, rebooting, moving the hub.

Hi,

I'm sure you aren't alone.. I'm paying for 70Mbs and getting 15 Mbs at best.

If a large number of clients would all leave at same time, this rubbish company might force to do

something about their extremely poor services! The question is though: is there any other ISP that's better?

Maybe that 38 degree organisation could arrange something?
