Paying for 100Mbps, receiving 3Mbps

Consistently, over the past 2 weeks, the broadband speed we have been receiving (both wired and wireless) has been skating at or below 3Mbps. This has not been just during "peak hours", as it has never fluctuated back up to the speed we pay for (100Mbps).

Please could you offer some guidance and help to fix the issue.

Re: Paying for 100Mbps, receiving 3Mbps

It'll take around a week for a member of VM staff to get to this.

In the meantime can you go to 192.168.0.1, don't login, but go to the hub status and post what you find here, hiding you wan ip if it appears.

Hey matthew_wrigley,

Thanks for posting and a big welcome to the community Smiley Happy

Apologies for the connection difficulties you're having at the minute. I've just tested your network and I can see that we're currently working on an SNR issue in your area. The fault ref is: F005442775 and we're hoping to have this resolved on the 21st July. While the fault is on-going you might experience slow and intermittent connection.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused,

Take care.
