I was looking forward to getting virgin fibre broadband 3 months ago after Sky letting me down quite alot. I cannot believe how disappointing virgin has been. I have already complained about my broadband speed and virgin have credited my bill accordingly. However I did not join virgin for free broadband, I wanted fast broadband. I am on Vivid 100 and my current download speed is 2mbps. I appreciate the excuse that the cables are old but come on, 2mbps. Is that really the best Virgin can do??!!!
9th November has only been given as a review date, not a fix date. If you take it as a fix date and get disappointed later then that's another issue.
