From 2 days no broadband service,area 21.

Thanks for posting back on the community.

 

I'm sorry to read your are experiencing loss of broadband service.

 

Looking at the connection, the router is currently showing as offline and not polling any data. 

 

Is the router turned off as not in use? If the internet is still not working, I can arrange an engineer appointment to check this over for you. I have sent you a PM (purple envelope icon, right corner) with details to confirm if you require an engineer visit.
