I have tested things from here and I can see that your area cable's SNR (Signal to Noise Ratio) levels are too low and our engineers are currently working to resolve this.
The reference number for this is F005063969 and is currently scheduled to be reviewed around 15/02/17. Should you require any further updates on this issue then post back here closer to the date and we'll gladly take a look and provide any news we can!
