Packet Loss during Gaming

Hi,

A while ago we experienced a power cut and have had a few drop outs ever since. I've logged calls with VM to get the connection up and running again but now I am experiencing an intermittent packet loss of around 3% (which during online gaming has a huge impact).

Below are my logs and I've now set up a QoS test from "think broadband" and can post the results in a few days if needed.

Any help greatly appreciated as this is very frustrating and I need the very best fibre broadband connection available.

Thanks,

Dave

Re: Packet Loss during Gaming

Below is the direct link to my think broadband QoS graph.

It shows numerous occasions of packet loss.

Hey Huntington1988,

Thanks for joining the community Smiley Happy

Sorry to hear about the trouble with your connection. When I look today I've noticed your upstream power levels are out of range. I think it's best if we arrange for an engineer to call around to investigate further.

I'll drop you a PM (purple envelope, top right) to confirm an appointment.

Take care.
