Something changed with my connection at 1am this morning (02/01/2016) resulting in terrible jitter and packet loss, this is ending with TCP connections failing and the web being almost unusable.
This packet loss is also resulting in terrible throughput of less than 30Mbps.
I'm sat behind nott-core-2a-xe-501-0.network.virginmedia.net at this moment in time, could this please be rectified?

I've run diagnostics on your equipment and everything is looking great at the moment. I also can't see any network issues in your area.
