I'm assuming you're experiencing slow speeds which is why you've posted. I've checked your area and I can see an open fault for slow speeds. The fault ref is: F004130273 and it's being reviewed later in the year so while this is on-going you might notice peak time speed reductions. What hard-wired speeds are you getting when you perform a speed test?

Baldock Herts SG7, connected to iPad via home WiFi (not hard wired). Very typical and often too slow to run test.
Been getting progressively worse as the system is very oversubscribed I think. I understand that there are no restriction on new subscriptions, which makes a mockery of the service speed levels and price breaks still on offer to new subscribers. This of course will make the service worse for all until the infrastructure is upgraded
