Can you please let me know when the over-subscription issue will be resolved in my area. It seems you are constantly getting oversubscribed every couple of months and the time to resolve the issue is months away which is really unacceptable. Can you please escalate. Complaint No: COM101685726.

I've taken a look at the high peak time traffic fault in your area (F004798622) and our engineers are working on this to improve bandwidth with a review date of 27th September. Due to the work that is required, these faults will have review dates not fix dates as it can be subject to change.
I understand how frustrating this can be and I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused.
