Already been done, see previous posts with Samantha - reference number is F004193000 with review date of 24th May and now on some token rolling discount (if you can call it that!)
FYI - I've seen this issue discussed elsewhere now on a number of the local community chat groups...to say some contributers are damning about your BB service is an understatement!!!
In short, if were not sorted by the end of May, which conveniently coincides with my tv/phone/bb contract package renewal Im off...as they say... "believe in better"
How long has it been this bad for you with VM in Urmston?
The last time I was with VM it was fine but that was over 10 years ago also it looks like Vm are over selling the service just for the money.
