Not sure if this is the correct board but here goes.
I pay £34.14 a month for Broadband only and I only receive 20 Mbps...from what your site offers that package is no longer available (the lowest being 50 Mbps at roughly the price I pay now).
This isn't the 1st time this has happened to me, when the speed was bumped from I think it was 10 to 20 Mbps a long time ago I payed for months without getting the upgraded speed until I phoned to complain and it look as if I've been paying full price for less than half the speed for some time again this time around.
Not at all surprised by this to be honest, just wondering how I go about getting what I actually pay for?
The free speed boosts are opt in when they happen. That's why you miss out.
You could get 70Mbs right now most likely.
Start of April they are changing the minimum package size to 100Mbs down and 12Mbs upload so may be worth ringing from then to get yourself on that package.
