Hi there - even though I'm paying for 200mps, I'm getting at most 40mps download and 12mps upload - that's first thing in the morning, when no-one else is in the house and I've just rebooted my Super Hub 2.
Much of the time, I'm averaging 25mps download (upload stays the same). I've tried:
1) Disconnecting all wifi extensions
2) Pulling my Super Hub 2 away from all other electronic devices
3) Standing next to my Super Hub 2
4) Putting my Super Hub 2 into modem mode
None of this has had any impact - Is it the fault of my Super Hub 2, or simply the lower-than-advertised speed coming into my house?
If you go to http://192.168.100.1/ to get the VM hub GUI. Don't login but instead click on Router Status which is either a button in the top right of the screen or a text link at the bottom of the screen depending on which hub you have. Click on the Downstream, Upstream and Network Log sections and copy & paste the figures from those screens and post them here, don't worry about the formatting or you can post screenshots if that is easier. Be careful to edit out or obscure any reference to your WAN IP in the log to protect your privacy.
The community can have a look for you and see if anything in the figures looks wrong and advise accordingly. Or you can wait for the VM staff to pick up this thread (can take up to a week) and run checks on your line.

I'm sorry that you've been experiencing slow speeds as of recent, this can be frustrating.
I've taken a look at your Superhub and at first look, I don't see any cause for concern. Your power and SNR levels are within range, there's no significant time-outs and the area is currently free of fault.
How has your connection been since your last post? Do you notice any change in the performance at different times of the day / night?
