Ongoing slow speeds

Been having a problem over last month with periods of no connection which is reported in the usual manor. When i have a connection its rarely stable and with an avg of 7mbs nowhere near what i need to use my paid streaming services and miles below the 100mbs that im paying for.

The cab in my street was damaged sometime ago and having also reported this and seeing virgin techs at the cab, nothing seems to have been done about it
