On vivid 200mb, barely hitting 20mb at peak hours

I'm in area reference 4 (WS2 postcode) and have been on vivid 200mb for a couple of months and my speed is slowly getting worse during peak hours. I can appreciate that it would be less during peak times but I'm lucky if I'm hitting between 15-20mb speeds. In the early hours I've been able to do a Speedtest of 140mb but this is still well off what I should be able to get. Don't know if this is useful to anyone but I have my downstream, upstream and network log data which I'll past below:

No idea if this info is normal or not, just think I should be able to hit decent speeds at all times and not 10% of the speed. Appreciate if someone who can check this data or my service could get back to me. Thanks

Re: On vivid 200mb, barely hitting 20mb at peak hours

Hi Lurchio,

Please accept my apologies for your poor peak time speeds. We are already aware of the network here struggling to cope with peak time load and plans are in place to perform an upgrade (ref: F004275040 ). The pre-upgrade work has to complete first and progress on this will be reviewed on 12/04/2017. At that time we hope to have a better idea of when the actual upgrade is due to commence.

I shall pass your details over to a team who will provide updates though I need a little more information from you first - please reply to my PM (purple envelope icon, top right of page) and I'll do what's needed.

Thankyou for posting your Hub log data - the upstream power levels are borderline high and it would be worth keeping an eye on these, to make sure they don't increase any more.
