2. Can you confirm each and every review date issued.
eg the latest review has been shifted from 12/10/2016 to 09/11/16.

I've had a look at the fault ticket reference mentioned and have been able to collate some information regarding this.
It seems this was first raised on 05/01/2015.

I'm also affected by F003477649. Here are the dates so far!05/01/201515/04/201517/06/201516/09/201516/12/201506/04/201610/08/201612/10/201609/11/2016This area also had a utilisation fault from October 2012 - September 2014, so we've only had had 3 months of good service in 4 years, which is disgusting.
