Nr3 poor internet

Just been on phone to tech support to be told overutilisation issue is the problem (oh here we go again just over 2 years ago we had the same problem ) The fix date is june some time can a forum mod give the ref number for this as I bet the time will come and go just like the last time.....

I'm sorry to hear you're affected by this issue again, the reference for our current investigation is F003489118.  Give us a call on 150 free from a VM line or 0345 454 1111 and we'll be able to sort a monthly credit for loss of service.

I've had a check on fault ticket F003489118. We are still awaiting a date for the work to commence. The estimated review date has been rescheduled for 05/08/2015
