After trying to get in contact with you today regarding my broadband speeds again and then being told on the phone there is a 15 mins waiting time AND then you hang up on me!!!! I suggest to try and contact me please . Been with you for ages and the last few years ain't been the best at all !!!!
I am sorry you were having problems with broadband speed and for the difficulties contacting us. We had a problem in your area that began Saturday F004999136 that was causing slow speeds and we believe we fixed yesterday. It did cause quite a few calls to us and apologies for getting mixed up in it. At the moment your hub is showing online with all levels nicely in specification, area traffic looking low so fingers crossed it is working for you.
