Not getting the speed you are paying for? (Watchdog next week)

It sounds like Watchdog are covering broadband speeds next week, they wrapped up this weeks programme with:

"Broadband speeds, are you getting what you are paying for?" - http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b0824h05/watchdog-series-37-episode-1

I don't know how far in advance they film the episodes, but I can't help thinking - seeing as Virgin Media are not doing anything to improve the situation yet still continue to advertise misleading speeds - that now would be the time to push fill out that form on the Watchdog website:

https://ssl.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b006mg74/contact

Let's see what happens on Watchdog next week!

I filled that in and put my speed logs for the last 12 months. Any bad publicity is good.

I've filled out the online form. Not heard anything back though.

Re: Not getting the speed you are paying for? (Watchdog next week)

Watchdog episode 2 is actually aired tomorrow (Wednesday 9th) covering broadband.

I have fired off an email to them but three Virgin Media customers isn't going to make much difference. CISAS is the way to go!

I urge everyone to get a cisas complaint in. Damage vms reputation in the process. They still probably won't care but lots of complaints will make them have to take notice.
