Not getting no where near what im paying for

Hi I had my broadband installed on 2nd of this Month However since its been installed i am as of yet to see Speeds im paying for i Have VIVID 200 Optical Fibre When running a speed test all im getting is

your upstream power is rather on the low side, would be checking all connections are finger tight..since high chance this will require a tech visit to increase power levels, you can wait for a forum admin to arrange this wait time around a week, or by calling broadband support via 150 / 0345 454 1111..
also with the connection is this via wired/wireless?, if its wireless could you test it via wired..

Hi thanks for the Quick Response All Connections are Tight and this is with a Cat 6 Ethernet cable from Router straight to PC

Sorry to read you are experiencing slow broadband speeds.

 

Looking at your connection, the power levels are now within range and there are no faults reported.

 

Have you noticed an improvement with the broadband speeds or are you still having the same issue?

Hi i had a engineer out and he had to Replace the Hub since then it has calmed down. thank you
