Recently has 200mbps installed at my property which was an upgrade from 100mpbs VIVID service. I never seem to get close to 200mbps and especially in 'peak' times I get around 10mbps which is not good enough for the service that I am paying for.
I have seen responses on here from the VM team and would appreciate if they can check my local connection as there could be a local high peak time fault in my area that is causing slow speeds?

Wired via a brand new cat 6 Ethernet cable to a windows 8 laptop Which speed tests should I believe? Is Speedtest.net an accurate representation of what speed I am getting from VM? If not what site shall i use instead
Thanks for getting back to us and apologies you are still having issues with your broadband speeds.
I've checked the network and the traffic is running low which is great. I was unable to see any apparent issues that would cause these slow speeds.
We do advise using speedtest.net for any testing, so that's fine. Just make sure you use the default server. Have you tried a speed test whilst the Hub is in modem mode to see if there is a difference?
