I'm sorry to read that you are not achieving the up to 200 Mbps broadband speeds.
I've run some tests on your line and the upstream power levels are locked onto one channel and running too high. For this I would like to book an engineer to check this over. I've sent you a PM (purple envelope icon, right corner) with some details for you to confirm please.
