Not getting 200mbps

Hi

signed up for the 200mbps but only getting 114?

Lol Andy .

You really don't know how lucky you are .

I'm paying for 150 mbps  and only getting 4-16 mbps peak times.. Been like this for months and will continue into next year.

The current fault F004101146 has a new review date of 11/01/17

I think Virgin need to tweak your speed down even more and share it around Smiley Happy

The alternative viewpoint being why should the OP put up with a bad service just because others put up with an even worse one.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

 

I'm sorry to read that you are not achieving the up to 200 Mbps broadband speeds.

 

I've run some tests on your line and the upstream power levels are locked onto one channel and running too high. For this I would like to book an engineer to check this over. I've sent you a PM (purple envelope icon, right corner) with some details for you to confirm please.
