Sorry to hear that you're not noticing an improvement since your speed boost, I know this is disappointing. I've taken a look and I can confirm you're subscribed to our 70MB package. Are you testing your speeds via a wireless or hard-wired connection? Ideally we would like to see results tested with an Ethernet cable connected, if you don't have one let me know and I'll get one sent out to you.
