No internet - Dynamic Range Window Violation?!

Hi,

My internet has been cutting in and out this evening, I've logged on to the router and say the message 'dynamic range window violation' (see screenshot). I've rebooted my router numerous times and it still doesn't help. The router also doesn't seem to be getting a WAN ip address.

Sorry to hear about your issues with having no internet, I apologise for any inconvenience.

 

I have tested your connection from here and I can see that both of your upstream power levels are too high and in order to resolve this for you an engineer will need to attend.

 

I will send you a PM (Purple envelope at the top) detailing what's required to proceed with making the booking. Please respond to me there and I'll get this sorted for you.

Hi,

Apologies to bring up an older thread but we are getting the same message in our Superhub 1.0 Network Log and my upstream is 45.0 and 47.3... My connection regularly drops and when I try to stream constant buffering/disconnection!
