Exactly the same issue here, also with gamer service, with similar logged errors. Example below. Reboot router is only fix but fault reoccurs.
Reported - and escalated - to Virgin Support by phone. Not fixed. Not called back. Not happy.
Presumably a problem in the street that someone does not want to face up to... Posting here in the hope that someone at Virgin will pick it up and, this time, help.
