New to Virgin - issues with intermittent internet

Hi, 

Have issues with 200mb vivdd gamer broadband

Hi,

download speeds are between 4 -46 via cable using speedtest.net

Can someone assist. I am seriously thinking of moving to BT, been with them before and no issues like this!

Exactly the same issue here, also with gamer service, with similar logged errors. Example below. Reboot router is only fix but fault reoccurs.

Reported - and escalated - to Virgin Support by phone. Not fixed. Not called back. Not happy.

Presumably a problem in the street that someone does not want to face up to... Posting here in the hope that someone at Virgin will pick it up and, this time, help.
