New customer, slow speeds

Hi, I have recently had signed up for the 50mb fibre and TiVo package.

The speed is horribly slow, under 5mb/s whatever time I run a speed test. Slow on both wifi and Lan tests. We struggle to even stream anything on catchup tv. Any ideas why this is the case?

The speed checker says my street can potentially reach 200mb/s.
